This is my primary blog now. Mind you, this does not mean it will be updated all that much. Actually, it is a guarantee that I will not update it all that often. Weight loss update
It's almost a crime that it has taken me this long to lose only 10 pounds. I was doing fine until the barbecue in MA. I came back from that 5 lbs heavier. Not quite sure how I did that, but there you have it. :-)
I'm doing better now, losing 1-2 lbs a week, which means that I will take another 12 weeks to get to my goal weight of 170.

Weight loss efforts
I am being more active but I am still not going to the gym. I really need to change that. Despite that, I am still slowly losing weight. We'll see how much this weekend's trip to New England for the annual barbecue impacts my progress!
