Well, that was unexpected

Apparently, my girlfriend's daughter has taken to referring to me as "Da-da Dennis" This amuses her (my g/f that is) to no end. I find it a little unsettling. The only thing that keeps me from totally freaking out is that she doesn't seem to attach any significance to the term. Ah well, it's a good thing I was planning on hanging around for a while anyway.
